What do you need to quote my freight?
Send the pickup and delivery locations, commodity, piece count, dimensions, weight, preferred dates, and loading and unloading methods. Include photos, declared freight value, and any special handling, storage, or access requirements.
Can you help with an end-of-month shipping push?
Yes. Share the freight list, ready dates, dock hours, and pickup deadlines as early as possible. We’ll coordinate a plan to help clear your docks and keep shipments moving.
Can you pick up or deliver at night or on weekends?
Yes. Pickup and delivery are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our team will coordinate timing, appointments, and facility access with you.
Can you arrange extra cargo coverage for high-value freight?
Kaiser carries $1 million in cargo insurance coverage. If your shipment needs more, share its declared value and requirements before booking so additional coverage can be requested and confirmed. Coverage is subject to the applicable policy terms.
Can your drivers help load or unload?
Our drivers can operate loading or unloading equipment when needed. Discuss the equipment, site permissions, and any qualification requirements with our team before pickup or delivery.
How do I track my shipment?
Customers with access supplied by a Kaiser representative can use our 24/7 GPS tracking portal. Contact your representative for access or to arrange additional shipment updates. Pickup and delivery photos also document your freight at both ends of the move.
