We review suitable attachment points, sensitive surfaces, exposed components, and any manufacturer handling instructions before pickup. Our drivers carry multiple securement and protection options, including chains and binders, straps and ratchets, edge protection, and padding, so the method can be matched to the freight.
Do you haul more than machine tools?
Yes. Kaiser hauls generators, transformers, regulators, steel, industrial machinery, and other open-deck freight. We excel with high-value shipments and review each load’s handling and protection needs.
Can I request more than $1 million in cargo coverage?
Yes. Share the shipment’s declared value and requirements before booking. Additional coverage can be requested and must be confirmed before the shipment moves. Coverage is subject to the applicable policy terms.
Can your driver help load or unload?
Our drivers can operate equipment for loading or unloading when arranged in advance. Discuss the equipment, site permissions, and any qualification requirements with our team before pickup or delivery.
How will I receive updates?
We send a GPS tracking link for the truck carrying your freight and take photos at pickup and delivery. Contact your Kaiser representative for additional shipment updates or reporting needs.
