What We're Looking For
CDL-A License & Experience
2 years CDL-A + 1-2 years coast-to-coast long-haul.
Freight Skills
Experience with flatbed, step deck, or double drop freight. Solid securement/tarping skills.
Professional Standards
Clean MVR (no OWIs last 5 yrs). Strong math & communication skills. Reliable and disciplined.

Your Life as a Kaiser Driver
As part of our elite OTR team, you'll haul open-deck freight nationwide using our Trailer Space Sharing (TSS) model. No two days are the same—you'll plan, load, secure, and deliver with precision and purpose. You'll manage your freight, coordinate deliveries, and ensure safety every mile of the way.
We'll train you the Kaiser way during paid orientation at our Wisconsin terminal—covering travel expenses and paying you while you learn. When you're ready to roll, you'll know you're set up for success.
